Travel time on foot is approximately 7 minutes from (JR Yamanote Line) Ebisu Station and the nearst exit is the East exit way, and 9 minutes on foot from (Tokyo Metro HIbiya Line) Ebisu station.
If you are coming from Hiroo Station (Tokyo Metro HIbiya Line), it’ll take you 11 minutes on foot to get there.

The exterior of this building is a bit old and it really is in a secluded area. Unfortunately, there is no readable restaurant name for foreigners outside of the place unless you can read and understand Japanese characters.
