Tokyo Skytree is not only a perfect place for 360 viewing but also used as radio or television broadcast and communications tower.
Aside from its beautiful structure, the surrounding is also stunning especially on Christmas season. Lit with beautiful lights that made the place look brighter even at night.

This is where you’ll find all the information you need when you visit Taito-ku. The staff are all welcoming and moe than willing to help you out. It has 8 floors and basement area where you can find the washroom and a beverage vending machine.
The observation deck is on the 8th floor of this building. It’s where you will see the beautiful city lights at night and it is absolutely free of charge! It is clearly “what you see is what you get” type of attraction/government building.

The Temple itself was in great condition and very impressive. Colors were brilliant and bright. Many small shrines and buildings to view as well as small stone bridge and buildings. Koi fish were in several ponds. The open market leading to the temple was a lot of fun as ther are lots of things to buy to take home.
There are so many people visiting during weekends, that the temple is hard to see. However, the whole area with its shops and restaurants may deserve a visit.
Check out the restaurants in the area, and you will find some of the finest in Tokyo.
If you do not like places with too many people on the street, avoid it.

This shopping street is a-must-visit if you are visiting Asakusa! It has so many small shopping booths selling so many things that are worth spending. You can find great items for souvenirs or personal use.
What’s more interesting is that you’ll see local people and even foreign travelers dressed up in kimono/yukata. Prepare yourself as this area is really overcrowded especially on weekend. Drop your worries and discover some great stuff while seeing so many colorful lanterns all over.

Such a lovely bridge with a lot of scenic views! Well, luckily I got the chance to walk down here and it was one of my great memories. Amazed by what they called the golden cloud where Goku-san used in Dragonball Z but others have told me it is a golden p**p! lol!
The view of Sumida River from this bridge is extremely satisfying to the eye. It was like unending flaw of water that sparkles and reflects the sky from above. Take time to come here and experience the serenity that this bridge can offer.
