Appearance
Get off at Shinjuku station and take the west exit. It’ll only take you about 5 minutes on foot to get there.
Impressive view from the outside. I can say that this place isn’t new anymore but love the idea that it has a stylish touch and indeed well-maintained.
Ambiance
This place really shows the usual style of a typical ramen house here in Japan. Limited space with only 12 counter seats available to accommodate the customers.
If you are eating alone, this place is one of the best ones you got! Dining with some friends or coworkers is also okay however, you might need to wait a little longer for the turn over.
Recommended Menu
“Shio(Salt) Ramen”
The restaurant is best known for its Salt Ramen which has a thick and distinctive taste. Also, their rice topped with egg and toasted sesame seeds (by choice) is really getting so much attention from the diners.
