Impressive view from the outside. I can say that this place isn’t new anymore but love the idea that it has a stylish touch and indeed well-maintained.
This place really shows the usual style of a typical ramen house here in Japan. Limited space with only 12 counter seats available to accommodate the customers.
If you are eating alone, this place is one of the best ones you got! Dining with some friends or coworkers is also okay however, you might need to wait a little longer for the turn over.
The restaurant is best known for its Salt Ramen which has a thick and distinctive taste. Also, their rice topped with egg and toasted sesame seeds (by choice) is really getting so much attention from the diners.
・Recommended when eating alone or with family as kids are welcome here.
・Not available for takeout and delivery.
Furaikyo ramen – their tonkotsu ramen soup was one of the best and most deep and flavorful soups I've ever had! Damn son!! Pork was also flavorful and melt in mouth, a very delicious portion. Noodles were average and very similar to Santoukas back home. Overall a 8.5/10. Best we could do on a 6hr stopover!
