Access from the Station
The location is really close to the station. It probably takes 3 minutes of walking from the West Exit of Motosumiyoshi Station.
Appearance
The restaurant’s facade looks old as the paint colors have faded. Its name is also written in Japanese character Hiragana but it isn’t that hard to find at all.
There are no chairs provided outside in case the customers are waiting for their turn. Good thing it was not crowded during my first visit.
Ambiance
“Counter Seating”
The counter seats are facing the kitchen area which is really nice so the customers can see how their orders are being prepared.
“Table Seating”
Table seats are comfortable having enough space to dine and to put your things aside.
The interior concept is very simple and indeed well-maintained. The entire dining area is not that spaciousyet still this restaurant managed to provide both counter and table seatings.
The old lady who happens to be “the server and cashier” was really funny and accommodating! In fact, we were all entertained as she sounded so energetic with her own style of making the customers smile.

Lunch Meal Set
I ordered the restaurant’s recommended lunch meal for ¥1,330
“Vegetable Salad”
This vegetable salad served as my appetizer before the main course was served. I was told to put apple vinegar to get a complete taste and I couldn’t agree more after following the staff’s advice.
I was told to squeeze the lemon so it’ll be more tasty to chew. True to what I was told, it tasted even better after putting fresh lemon juice and meat was so tender!
Along with the beef steak were rice and miso soup that both complimented the taste and made my tummy happy.
The serving time was about 5 – 10 minutes after the order confirmation.
